Discover the essence of Mallorca in this charming rustic house, available for seasonal rental during the summer months (June to September). Located near the village of Sant Jordi and just 4 kilometers from the beach, this property is a true sanctuary. Laid out across a single level, it features spacious living areas filled with light from large windows and two cozy dining rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy modern comfort without sacrificing traditional style: exposed beams and warm fireplaces—one even equipped with an oven—create the perfect atmosphere.
The home is also equipped with air conditioning to beat the summer heat and is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with exotic flowers and palm trees that invite relaxation. Take a dip in the shared pool or unwind in the designated sunbathing areas after exploring the wonderful surrounding countryside.

An interesting feature is the historic windmill standing next to the house; it offers a glimpse into the island’s agricultural past while also providing sustainable energy via solar panels. All in all, it is an attractive and unique option for spending the upcoming summer season while fully immersing yourself in the Mallorcan spirit.
