The basic project presented here was approved by the Consell de Mallorca and was granted a new building licence by the Sant Joan Town Hall on 14/09/2023.

Once this last step has been taken, the construction of the project could start immediately, saving years for whoever buys it. The insular procedures for this type of project can take from 3 to 5 years depending on the town hall.
