The home, designed by a renowned Balearic architectural studio, proposes an open-plan, modern, and contemporary interior design, while always respecting an exterior design consistent with the urban planning and aesthetic regulations required for rustic land in Mallorca.

The proposal is developed in two volumes. One corresponds to the main house and the other to the garage.
The housing volume is divided into two areas. One is the public living area, consisting of the entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen connected to the living-dining room, a covered porch, and an uncovered outdoor terrace.
The second area is the private living space, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), the hallway providing access to the bedrooms, and two uncovered terraces.

The swimming pool is located in front of the living-dining room, on an uncovered terrace. Next to the kitchen there is also a space designated for a laundry / drying area.

The garage is located in a separate volume with two parking spaces, connected to the house via an uncovered terrace. The garage includes a machinery room and two water cisterns, one for potable water and another for rainwater collection, each with a capacity of 20 m³.
