Exclusive Mediterranean-Style Designer Estate in Llubí, Mallorca

This is an outstanding property where architecture, nature and well-being come together in perfect harmony.

In the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by the tranquillity and beauty of the rural landscape of Llubí, lies this exclusive newly built country estate, currently under construction and to be delivered fully completed.

Set on a private plot of approximately 14,283 m², the property combines the essence of traditional Mallorcan architecture with contemporary design, natural materials and spaces conceived to embrace the authentic Mediterranean lifestyle.

The residence stands out for its elegant architecture, where natural stone, warm-toned finishes, wood and large windows create a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic.

Its design maximises natural light and creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The covered terrace, seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the house, extends the living room towards the garden, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation.

The property is arranged over two main floors and a basement, offering a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor features a bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, measuring approximately 41 m². Designed as a spacious and welcoming living area, it provides direct access to the covered terrace and garden. This floor also includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing area.

The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation and features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate dressing room, as well as a second bedroom, an additional full bathroom and a private terrace of approximately 15 m² overlooking the natural surroundings.

The interior design combines premium materials, neutral colour palettes and contemporary finishes to create an atmosphere of warmth, elegance and comfort.

The basement offers additional space with a wide range of potential uses, providing the opportunity to create an exclusive area dedicated to well-being and entertainment. A gym and a billiards area are depicted in the renderings, although they are not specifically identified as such on the basement floor plan. They should therefore be considered proposed uses rather than confirmed facilities.

In front of the residence, a private swimming pool of approximately 27 m² is surrounded by landscaped gardens and sunbathing areas, creating the perfect setting to enjoy Mallorca’s wonderful climate.

One of the most exceptional features of this property is its commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency and self-sufficiency. The project has been conceived as a zero-emission, fully self-sufficient home.

The estate will feature its own borehole water supply system, providing independence from conventional water supply networks.

In terms of energy, the property will incorporate a photovoltaic solar power installation combined with a combined-cycle system, designed to optimise energy production and ensure a high degree of autonomy.

In addition, a wastewater treatment system based on natural biological processes will allow wastewater to be purified and reused for irrigation, promoting the responsible use of water resources.

As part of its commitment to nature and Mallorca’s agricultural heritage, the project includes a private olive grove of approximately 10,000 m², with more than 250 olive trees integrated into the estate.

Located in Son Fiol, within the municipality of Llubí, the property enjoys a peaceful and authentic rural setting in one of the most charming areas of inland Mallorca.

Its location offers the privacy of the Mallorcan countryside while maintaining convenient access to the island’s villages, services and attractions.

This country estate represents the perfect balance between contemporary architecture, tradition, sustainability and self-sufficiency, all immersed in nature.
