Situated beside a tranquil forest, the property offers an exceptional degree of privacy and serenity while remaining within easy reach of some of the most exclusive destinations in southwest Mallorca.

Set on a plot of approximately 1,129 m², the villa offers around 580 m² of built area. Generous open-plan interiors, abundant natural light and high-quality finishes create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. At the heart of the home is the spacious living room, featuring an elegant ethanol fireplace and a large television, making it an inviting setting for both relaxation and entertaining. The contemporary open-plan kitchen is fitted with a central island and premium appliances, seamlessly combining aesthetics, functionality and comfort.

The property comprises five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy for residents and guests. Two conveniently positioned guest toilets provide additional comfort. Underfloor heating, hot and cold air conditioning and an advanced ventilation system ensure a pleasant indoor climate and continuous fresh-air circulation throughout the property, even when the villa remains unoccupied for extended periods. A private lift provides effortless access between the different levels of the residence.

The outdoor areas have been designed as a natural extension of the interior living spaces. The impressive swimming pool with cascading water features creates a private oasis of tranquillity, beautifully integrated into the Mediterranean surroundings. The property also includes a spacious garage with capacity for up to four vehicles and direct access to the basement.

The basement offers excellent potential for further customisation and already includes an attractive display wine cellar for wine enthusiasts. Depending on the future owner’s individual preferences, this versatile level can also be transformed to incorporate a private spa, a fully equipped fitness area or a state-of-the-art home cinema.
