The proposed house is developed in two volumes. One of them forms the dwelling itself and the other corresponds to the garage. The volume corresponding to the house is divided into two zones. In one of the areas the public life of the house is developed and is formed by the entrance, a kitchen open to the living-dining room and a porch that provides shade and connects it with the outdoor terrace. There is a space for the caretaker’s room, annexed to the kitchen. The other area is where the private life takes place and is composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a passage that gives access to these rooms. The swimming pool is located in front of the living-dining room and is separated from the rest of the house.

In an isolated volume is the garage for two vehicles, which is connected to the living area by an open terrace. In the garage there is a machine room and two cisterns, one for drinking water and the other for rainwater. Each cistern has a capacity of 20,000 litres. On 27/02/2023, permission was requested from the Balearic Government’s Groundwater Department for the installation of a water well on the estate.

The project was presented to the Town Hall of Sant Joan and the Consell de Mallorca on 26/07/2021, its fees paid on 21/06/2021, it received a favourable report from the Consell de Mallorca on 15/07/2022 and on 19/02/2022 the two plots that make up the land were regrouped. The new duly registered finca was presented to the town hall on 19/01/2023. The building permit is in the final stages of being processed by the town hall. It is estimated that these last steps will take no more than four (4) months.
