The basic project presented here is approved by the Consell de Mallorca and was granted a new building licence by the Town Hall of Maria de la Salud on 04/05/2023.

At the moment we are working on the execution project, which must be presented to the town hall next November. Once this last step has been taken, the construction of the project could start immediately, saving years for the buyer. The insular procedures for this type of project can take from 3 to 5 years depending on the town hall.
