Brand new stone house of 192m2 in the mountains of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Mallorca

Nestled in the peaceful mountains to the northwest of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. Only 3 minutes by car from the village, and less than 15 minutes from Manacor and its Rafa Nadal Academy, surrounded by nature and the most absolute tranquillity, come and see this wonderful brand new stone house, on two levels, with more than 190 m2 of enclosed living space, and with orientation of all its spaces to unobstructed views of the landscape and mountains that surround it.

The property, about to be finished, is located on a rectangular plot of 7091 m2 of variable orography. The house was built on the highest part of the plot and has on its entrance level or main floor, a covered entrance porch, foyer, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest toilet, spacious living-dining room, state-of-the-art open plan kitchen with bar, as well as a wide staircase leading to the lower level. The living-dining room opens onto a large covered terrace with unobstructed views over the surrounding valley.

On the lower floor there is a hallway leading to a large utility room, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and three double bedrooms, all with access to a terrace which surrounds the property. Underneath the terrace there is a cistern and a large basement of more than 80 m2.

There is the possibility to build a swimming pool on the terrace. The house has top quality enclosures and was built with robust insulation. The house has built-in wardrobes in all its rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, highlighting the excellent quality of its interior carpentry. The house has hot and cold pumps to regulate the interior climate of the property, and will have a system of solar panels and batteries, backed up by a generator to cover its power needs.

The house is in the final stages of its legalisation process, making use of Decree Law 3/2024 issued by the Balearic Government last year. This has been corroborated with the town planning office of the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Town Hall, on whom the process depends. The internal details of the property that are still to be completed will be finalised once the legalisation is completed. The property will be handed over with the Certificate of Completion of Work and Certificate of Habitability in force.
