The only building with two registers in the Town Hall square of Alaró, its origins date back to the Islamic period, in the Oloron farmhouse. Its documented history begins in the 13th century, during the reconquest of Mallorca, and its castle was the centre of the reconquest. During the Aragonese occupation of the Kingdom of Mallorca, its Muslim inhabitants resisted in the Castle of Alaró – one of the only rock castles in Mallorca – and this was one of the last places where the Christian reconquest of the islands took place.
We present what is now a fantastic restaurant, which has two rooms, one inside and the other outside. It also has a garden and a swimming pool, as well as a garage for 12 cars.
On its two floors we find the distribution of an interior hotel, which has eight double rooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms.
The building has 1.624 m2 of total plot, 1.055 m2 constructed with swimming pool, and 569 m2 of exterior, according to the Cadastral Reference.
