Urban Plot in Sant Joan

This is an urban plot of 240 m² in the beautiful village of Sant Joan.

We can enjoy a quiet area and at the same time close to the centre of the village.
Being located in an elevated area we enjoy beautiful and unobstructed views.

What makes this plot special is that it is on a corner and the adjoining plots are free for construction.

At the moment it is possible to build on more than 85% of the plot, and up to 11`5 metres high at street level.
The town hall has approved a green zone project in the same area of our urban plot.

Perfect opportunity to build a house with views to the meadow and escape from the city.
Situated at the end of a quiet street with few neighbours.
